Gallery widget

The gallery widget serves as a great way to highlight images and (Youtube) video content on your page.

If you want to just show a group of images on your page you could just use WordPress' Galleries option. However, if you want to show images and/or videos, maybe annotate them, and draw more attention to them on the page then this is a great way to achieve that.

The widget will show up to 6 images (and/or videos) on the page. Once you add more to the widget, they will appear when the visitor opens up one of the images displayed on the front page and navigates through the gallery to the additional items.
